Excellent rooms and the location plays a big role. it is very central and well located. The staff at the property is very informed and gave great guidance. Good for lesure and work travel.

Mattress in room need to be replaced.

A very nice hotel near to everything.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good with a variety of things for vegetarians. Pool is lovely and nice it doesn't get overcrowded due to booking system. Fridge in the room to put water or other drinks but it's quite small. Had to take the shelves out to put a bottle of prosecco in it.

The price of the wine at the bar is very expensive at £30 for a bottle of the house wine which is an average vintage. We might have come back to the hotel for a drink in the bar if the price had been more reasonable.

Modern, clean, and located in the city centre so that you can walk to all the attractions.

The hotel was in the centre of Bath, which was very convenient. I think it has only recently opened and so it was modern and very clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was the only meal we had in the hotel, but that was also very good. Everything you could want really.

The only real drawback is that the hotel does not have parking, and is not able to offer a discounted rate at a carpark in the city.

Lovely one night stay!

Overall we were satisfied with our second visit to this hotel; the twin rooms have 2 double beds and are very well appointed and spacious. Nice to have Sky, but it was a bit of a fiddle to get it to work! The room and bathroom were clean; tea making tray available and water in the fridge. The beds are super comfy with good linen and a mattress soother (which unfortunately had a stain on).... The hotel is in a good location not far to walk to all sites in Bath, we parked our own car which is short walk away to the car park, but valet parking is available at extra cost. The reception and bars areas are pleasant to sit in. Staff friendly and professional.

Unfortunately NO mattress protector which, for me, is a big negative for a hotel bed.

This was our honeymoon and everybody was lovely, they gave us a free upgrade and a free drink on arrival. Everyone was very happy to help with a smile.

2 trays of what looked like room service sat outside in the hall all day without being removed.

Ok but let down

The toiletries ,fresh sheets and soft clean towels

Price. Very let down on this occasion! We recommended friends to come with us this time and not only was they’re room a family room they paid much less than us. As this was a birthday treat this was very disappointing to have to pay almost £50 more for an even smaller room! Unclear booking as booked back in March and assumed our card had been billed for the room to discover this is not the case,so on arrival thinking we were all set to go we had a bill for £189 plus we paid a lot more than our friends we took.

Staff all very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we had a lovely welcome and when we said it was our 29th wedding anniversary we was given a free drink in the bar.

We tried to book the restaurant on the Saturday but couldn't get a table

Nice stay but the little issues were a bit annoying and not what you would expect from 4 star hotel

THe hotel was clean and the staff were really helpful. Really comfy bed and the hotel was well positioned in a good location for visiting the city.

There was confusion over the parking as on booking.com it stated it was available however it had to be booked as an extra, breakfast also wasn't included. There was no plug in the bath, the batteries were low in the remote and we only had enough milk for two cups of tea. The fridge only contained one bottle of still and one bottle of sparkling plus no biscuits in the room (until we asked) The staff were however very apologetic and helped put everything right.

Relaxing, enjoyable, rejuvenating and friendliness of staff made us feel so welcome.

The beds were so comfortable and bathroom very clean with plenty of towels provided. Everything we wnted to do was within an easy walk. All hotel staff were polite, friendly and helpful even though clearly very busy! The pool area was clean and very relaxing and breakfast delicious with a wide choice.

We had to wait in a queue for over 5 minutes for cooked breakfast dishes to be re filled. It was busy but we felt staff could have been better prepared.

Very comfortable stay in a perfect location for everything in the centre of town

Very good stay, beds firm which I find very comfortable. Room clean with all facilities required.

I prefer a freshly cooked breakfast, though there was lots of choice with toast, pastries and hot options I prefer the hot option to be freshly cooked. The bacon wasn’t crispy and sausages not browned enough for me

really liked the pool complex,it was spotless with plenty of pool towels and really quiet when we were there.I asked for a quiet room and we were given one on the side of the hotel with no traffic noise at all .very large and comfortable room -well pleased
